The
International Black Sea Energy Policy Conference "Energy
Investments and Trade Opportunities" of the PROMITHEAS
Network will take place on October 8 - 9, 2008
in Athens, Greece. It is a three-dimension event, with
Policy and Business, Scientific and Exhibition sessions
and is included in the FP6-PROMITHEAS-2 programme activities.

The
Energy Policy and Development Centre (KEPA), the coordinator
of PROMITHEAS – The Energy and Climate Policy Network
invites policy makers, energy stakeholders and scientists
from EU, Black Sea, Caspian Sea and Central Asia countries
to participate. The whole event will be hosted
by the oldest university of Greece, the National and
Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) (30 Eleutheriou
Venizelou (Panepistimiou) Av., Centre area)

Conference will be held at the main Building of the
National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at 30
Eleutheriou Venizelou (Panepistimiou) Av., Centre area.

| |
For
registration to the conference it is necessary to complete
the Registration Form and send it to
NKUA-KEPA, by 30th September, 2008. |
| |
The
conference registration fee for the Policy
and Business sessions (B.1 – B.5 & the opening
of the conference) amounts to € 300
|
| |
Registration fee includes all printed material related
to the respective sessions, a copy of the “Energy
View of BSEC countries - 2006” publication, coffee
breaks, two lunches and two dinners.
|
| |
For
the Scientific Sessions (C.1 – C.5 & the
opening of the conference) the registration fee amounts
to € 120 for scientists coming from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria,
Moldova, Romania and Ukraine.
|
| |
For
scientists and researchers coming from other
countries (Greece included) the registration fee amounts
to € 180.
|
| |
Scientific
papers are accepted for presentation in the scientific
sessions by the conference’s scientific committee
as described in the respective open call for abstracts/papers.
|

Registration
fee includes all printed material related to the respective
sessions, coffee breaks, two lunches and two dinners.

will issue an official receipt to the Institution, company

Cancellations
are accepted up to, and no later than 8 September 2008,
with a full refund of the payment made. In the case
of cancellation after this date, a 50% refund of registration
fees will be made, while for cancellations after 30
September 2008 there will be no refund. |
